I am a senior Talent Acquisition leader with extensive experience building, leading and improving in-house recruitment functions across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

My background is primarily in complex international environments, including data centres, engineering, energy, construction and major infrastructure. I have recruited across the full range of roles, from technical and operational positions through to senior leadership and executive appointments.

Most recently, I have led global Talent Acquisition for a rapidly growing data centre business, with responsibility for TA strategy and delivery, workforce planning, executive search, recruitment technology, analytics, supplier management and recruitment budgets. I implemented Oracle Recruiting, significantly reduced reliance on recruitment agencies, improved time-to-hire and introduced better reporting and measures around recruitment quality.

I enjoy roles where I can combine strategy with hands-on delivery. I am particularly interested in improving how recruitment functions operate, using data and technology intelligently, developing direct sourcing capability and working closely with senior leaders on difficult or business-critical hiring.

I am now interested in senior Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations, talent strategy and recruitment excellence opportunities. I am open to permanent, interim and contract roles, particularly with international organisations where I can work remotely or in a hybrid environment.
