I’m looking to lead an external sales function where I can drive new business, enforce CRM-led discipline, and build a high-performance team. I want a culture of accountability with board-level forecasting and coaching that turns conversations into measurable commercial outcomes.

I’m a hands-on, commercially driven sales leader with deep experience in construction and building materials. I’ve built my career on winning new business, growing strong customer relationships, and leading high-performing external sales teams that deliver real results—whether I’m out with customers or reporting at board level.

At VJ Technology, I stepped into leadership as Head of External Sales (2018–2023) and External Sales Director (2023–Present), taking full ownership of a 23-strong external sales team, including managers and TSMs. I’ve driven £1.5m+ in new business accounts through structured activity and CRM-led discipline, led a major CRM rollout embedded with accountability and coaching, and built monthly reporting and forecasting presented to SLT and Board. I also played a key role in launching the VJ iStore (now delivering £1m+ in sales) and expanded specification work with engineers using CPD-led relationship growth, while recruiting and building a performance culture focused on activity, conversations, and conversion—not just numbers.
