What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and scale B2B sales, new-business, or partnership functions, combining hands-on strategic deal work with team building, coaching, and pan-European commercial growth.

At Amazon Shipping, I built the Large Retailer segment from near-zero to approximately £28M in three years, exceeding target each year.

I grew the team from 5 to 15 and created formal coaching programmes for enterprise B2B selling. I also led pan-European sales capability initiatives and introduced a cross-functional launch programme to strengthen enterprise client onboarding.

Previously at AXA Health, I led corporate account management across a 96-person national team and £580M in contracts during COVID. I increased cross-sales of non-insurance health services by 142% year on year and lifted corporate adoption of AXA's digital GP service by 47%.

Across AXA, Bupa, Royal Mail, Tele Atlas and Sony, I've built new channels, led commercial teams, and grown partnership revenues in the UK and Europe. I'm a hands-on player-coach who combines strategic deal leadership with calm, practical delivery and genuine client relationships.
