Marisol Dias

At Hospital Clínica Cojedes C.A., I coordinated a team of three HR professionals and worked directly with the general management. I supported the organization as it grew from 16 to 90 employees.

As Chefe de Recursos Humanos, I worked across recruitment and selection, personnel administration, payroll processing, scheduling and attendance, and professional training.

I later worked as an Assesora de Recursos Humanos for Hospital Clinica Cojedes C.A. and for Comercializadora Central Cojedes / Comercializadora Montalbán — franquias PepsiCo. My work also included interviews, job description and analysis, and support for management.

Since 2019, I’ve worked in Portugal, first at Pingo Doce and currently at Lidl Portugal as an Operadora de Loja. I’m continuing my training in accounting, digital skills, Microsoft 365, and artificial intelligence.
