I seek a role where I can lead HR digital transformation and employee experience initiatives, using HR tech and data to scale processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive measurable people outcomes.

I am an HR professional with 6+ years' experience driving people operations, organizational development and employee experience within multinational, remote-work and high-growth environments. I build HR functions, streamline processes and implement HR tech to improve service delivery and compliance.
