What I'm looking for

I'm looking to develop my career in People Analytics, Generalist HR, or HR Development, contributing to process optimization and a better employee experience while continuing to learn and grow in people management.

I've supported ACAPO’s HR operations by automating administrative data for contract management and occupational health, creating Excel dashboards, and analyzing employee metrics.

At ADECCO Outsourcing, I conducted end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Marketing roles, screened high volumes of resumes, completed telephone interviews, and presented qualified candidates to clients. I also managed administrative onboarding processes and strengthened my profile-analysis and selection skills.

My university HR coordination work included scheduling and following up on interviews, supporting performance evaluation techniques, and creating integration activities for new members.

I'm completing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development Policies at ISCTE, with research focused on the personal growth of HR professionals throughout career stages. I’m curious, analytical, committed to continuous learning, and motivated to improve employee experience through better people processes.
