I coordinate occupational health processes and support internal and external audits by keeping HR and compliance documentation accurate and available. I monitor training compliance and prepare reports through Kiwa Academy.

Earlier, I supported HR administration and employee data management at CIIMAR using SISTRADE, and assisted with Recruitment & Selection administration at EVOLVE. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from ISCAP.
