What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting HR operations, employee administration, payroll, and workforce management in an international environment.

I'm currently supporting adidas's German market workforce management operations for 8,000 employees. I process employee leave, contract changes, salary reviews, organizational restructurings, and procedural inquiries.

At SICOR, I supported HR operations for approximately 300 employees across the headquarters and branches. I contributed to recruitment, performance evaluation, and payroll processing for domestic and international branches.

I've also handled workplace accident claims, including reporting and coordination with Social Security and insurance companies.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Development and work with Aspen, SAP, and PHC.
