What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an ICT support or IT support role where I can troubleshoot systems, support end users, maintain networks and equipment, build practical technical skills, and contribute to improving organizational efficiency.

I've supported ICT operations at the County Assembly of Nyeri and Mwaura Technical Support, installing hardware and software, resolving technical issues, and assisting users with desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.

I work across computer maintenance, system configuration, LAN setup, network troubleshooting, database management, and records digitization. I've also supported network maintenance, system updates, ICT policy compliance, and organizational ICT operations.

I've designed database systems using SQL and Microsoft Access, configured VLANs and wireless networks in Cisco Packet Tracer, and developed website systems using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

My background in journalism and public relations strengthens my communication, reporting, data management, and customer-support approach. I'm eager to help organizations improve efficiency through dependable technical support and practical problem-solving.
