What I'm looking for

I seek hands-on roles managing network and server infrastructure where I can troubleshoot, optimize systems, support users, and grow into broader infrastructure or systems engineering responsibilities within a collaborative, learning-focused team.

I am a results-driven IT Support Specialist and Network Administrator with a BSc in Computer Science and Huawei HCIA certification. I have hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering networks and servers, providing first-line technical support, maintaining ICT equipment, and supporting ERP systems across university and industrial environments.

I have implemented LAN/WAN infrastructures, configured DNS, Active Directory and DHCP on virtualized hosts, maintained virtualization platforms (ESXi/VM), and developed software and websites using PHP, SQL, JavaScript, Python, HTML, and CSS. I bring strong troubleshooting skills, a focus on continuous learning, and a track record of improving operational uptime and user support responsiveness.
