What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support workplace operations end to end, improve processes with measurable KPIs, and build employee-centered programs—ideally partnering with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

I’m a workplace operations and employee experience professional currently supporting Google operations through JLL. I lead daily facilities and workplace service support—handling mailroom operations, smart locker logistics, package tracking, and bilingual employee-facing customer service.

I’ve driven process improvement by initiating a full-scale audit of 300+ parking allocations to resolve discrepancies, validate eligibility, and improve compliance while contributing to parking cost optimization. I also designed an employee communication and mail services framework adopted across multiple Google offices in Brazil and LATAM, and I serve as Parking POC while expanding into Sustainability POC responsibilities.
