I’m looking for a role where I can own SaaS client onboarding and support end-to-end, improve workflows, and turn repeat issues into better documentation and automation—working closely with Product and Tech to raise service clarity.

I’m a Customer Experience and Operations professional with hands-on experience in SaaS client support, international onboarding, and luxury hospitality. I’m fluent in cross-cultural client communication across Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and I’m known for turning recurring friction into concrete workflow improvements.

In my current role as a Customer Support & Implementation Intern, I handle inquiries from 30+ international SaaS clients across platform, financial, and equity topics while consistently meeting SLA expectations across time zones. I identify and escalate recurring pain points to Product and Tech teams, helping drive workflow changes that reduce client-reported friction.

I also support automation rollouts, including an automated invoice workflow that reduces manual steps and improves team efficiency. For new clients, I coordinate kickoff preparation, workflow setup, and post-launch follow-ups to ensure smooth, structured transitions.

Previously, I supported international clients in a high-volume business center as a Bilingual Receptionist, managing front-desk scheduling and inquiries with accuracy under pressure. As a Hostess in a luxury 5-star environment, I delivered premium guest experiences and earned positive public reviews for warmth and attentive service.
