I’m looking to lead customer onboarding and operations, improve KPI-driven workflows, and resolve complex issues through clear processes and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver an exceptional client and employee experience.

I’m a Customer Success and Operations Specialist with 10+ years of experience supporting end-to-end customer and employee journeys. I focus on onboarding & offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and resolving complex issues with a steady, process-driven approach.

I’ve owned critical operations from first point of contact through follow-up—managing scheduling, training coordination, documentation, and accurate employee records. I also support payroll and benefits administration and help maintain confidentiality across sensitive matters.

In customer-facing roles, I monitored orders and customer interactions, collaborated with logistics, marketing, and warehouse teams, and used data tracking (KPIs) to identify recurring issues. My goal is always a high-quality experience supported by proactive communication and continuous process improvement.

I also strengthened internal communication flow by managing leadership-to-operations channels, running structured campaigns to improve employee engagement, and creating reports that track operational performance. I bring strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving to turn day-to-day complexity into clear workflows.
