I’m a Customer Success and Operations Specialist with 10+ years of experience supporting end-to-end customer and employee journeys. I focus on onboarding & offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and resolving complex issues with a steady, process-driven approach.
I’ve owned critical operations from first point of contact through follow-up—managing scheduling, training coordination, documentation, and accurate employee records. I also support payroll and benefits administration and help maintain confidentiality across sensitive matters.
