What I'm looking for
I’m Marina, and I’ve partnered across engineering, UX, CX, and product teams to turn customer feedback into real specs and improvements—especially at Scout Motors Inc. and Ford Motor Company.

Before that, I worked on vehicle experience and FordPass interactions as a CX Specialist, refining how customers interact with vehicle health alerts and service scheduling. I also supported design validation, prototyping, and CAD work while contributing to product development at Ford.
On the design side, I’ve built an internal AI tool for data analytics and market analysis, and I’ve designed and deployed an AI chatbot for business websites—plus a mix of digital and physical products from concept to launch.
