What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Product Designer role where I can lead end-to-end UX, build scalable design systems, and use research to improve real workflows—collaborating closely with engineering to ship measurable impact.

I’m a Product Designer focused on turning complex workflows into clear, usable experiences—whether that’s a B2B field operations platform or an AI conversational agent. I design to improve visibility into scheduling, coordination, and daily operational workstreams, using research to close the gap between “designed” and real-world behavior.

I’ve led UX work end-to-end: conducting contextual field research (16+ hours), translating survey/interview findings into actionable recommendations (8+), and shipping core workflows and reusable components. I also maintain and expand design systems (25+ components) to standardize interaction patterns and reduce friction during developer handoff.

Across B2C networking and B2B AI-native customer support, I’ve improved onboarding, matchmaking, and operational edge-case handling—reducing QA rework and increasing repeat in-session interactions by 30%. I thrive partnering with engineering and stakeholders to iterate quickly, validate through testing, and deliver measurable outcomes.
