What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead UX strategy and delivery for complex enterprise, AI, automotive, or digital products where research, design systems, and cross-functional alignment can make technical capabilities clear, usable, and implementation-ready.

I've led UX for enterprise AI, generative RAG, and digital-twin initiatives at Toyota North America, turning research with manufacturing personnel into product direction, prototypes, and reusable Figma patterns.

At Red Hat, I guided UX strategy for automotive operating-system and edge-management products, supporting complex engineering workflows through research, service blueprinting, internal-tool design, and cross-functional backlog coordination. I also helped MUFG reduce loan-processing user friction by approximately 2.25 hours.

Across Volvo Group, Ryan, KPMG, and government programs, I've built design systems, improved complex B2B workflows, and helped teams turn technical complexity into clear, reusable, implementation-ready experiences.
