I’m a Revenue Cycle Management professional focused on Provider Accounts Receivable, with experience spanning audits, reports, presentations, and coaching to keep workflows consistent and effective.

Since 2013, I’ve worked in Provider AR follow up for the California market, specializing in commercial and traditional payers while handling AR/Denial follow ups, including appeals, to move complex cases toward resolution.

From 2019 to 2024, I served as a Customer Care Collections Analyst and Quality Analyst for AR follow ups, where I strengthened billing/accounts receivable processes by reviewing performance, supporting accuracy, and improving outcomes through targeted feedback.

In 2024 to 2025, I advanced to AR Collections Supervisor, leading AR collections for high-dollar, aged, and delinquent accounts, adapting quickly to new processes, and working with minimal supervision. I also gained experience as an AI evaluator particularly on language, image, video, and audio with Outlier, Telus Int’l AI and Welo Data in 2025, expanding how I assess information and quality.
