I've spent over 10 years managing client relationships, resolving customer issues, and coordinating operations to support efficient service delivery.

From 2021 to 2024, I served as a primary contact for client inquiries and support, handled complaints through timely resolution, prepared operational and performance reports, and trained clients on systems, services, and internal processes. I also analyzed customer feedback, maintained procedures and documentation, and organized client engagement activities and internal coordination.

Earlier, I coordinated day-to-day customer activities, communications between customers and internal teams, and project tasks, timelines, and deliverables. I built long-term customer relationships through regular engagement while identifying workflow issues and implementing practical solutions.

I'm completing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing and Sales and bring project management, CRM, remote collaboration, digital communication, and data reporting capabilities. I work with professionalism, empathy, and intercultural awareness when supporting diverse clients and teams.
