I’m a customer support and operations professional with hands-on experience managing tickets, case management, CRM workflows, and cross-functional communication in fast-paced environments. While pursuing a Computer Science degree at TU Graz, I’ve built a strong technical foundation through coursework and projects in C, C++, C#, Python, operating systems, and database-related work.
In my recent roles, I handled high volumes of support requests, solved complex customer and provider questions, maintained accurate records, and improved global service coverage through supplier negotiations and contract expansion.
