What I'm looking for

I'm seeking data-driven roles in analytics or product/project management where I can lead teams, improve data quality with ML/LLM techniques, mentor colleagues, and work in values-driven organizations that prioritize learning and measurable impact.

I’m a Sociologist with a passion for Data Analytics, Product and Project Management, who has spent recent years mentoring team members to achieve their highest potential. Strongly attached to my values, I am motivated and detail oriented with a foundation in Data Science.

At QUALITEST I progressed from Data Analyst & Learning and Development (2020–2022) to Google SLS Team Leader (since 2022), where I led a team of over 10 across workstreams, managed allocation, capacity, performance and ensured adherence to quality metrics and SLOs. I developed documentation, project charts, reports and tools that improved team efficiency and data quality, performed machine learning tasks related to linguistics, and improved reconciliation for the client’s graph-structured data model while training and onboarding hires across Bangalore, Lisbon and Mexico City.
