At Parkview Real Estate, I work with buyers and sellers in the Algarve luxury market, with a focus on international clients. I've closed eight property transactions worth approximately EUR 5M, primarily representing buyers.

I guided an international client through qualification, property selection, negotiation and completion for a EUR 1.7M sale. I also managed a premium pipeline that included viewings for a EUR 8M residence and active negotiations on a EUR 4M commercial asset in Lisbon.

At GFR Diversified Investments, I contribute to commercial strategy, market evaluation and operational planning. I also take part in international supplier negotiations and pricing assessments as the venture prepares for launch.

Earlier, I progressed through customer-facing and supervisory hospitality roles at Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, and supported player development, performance analysis and team preparation as an assistant football coach at GD Estoril Praia and Casa Pia Atletico.
