I am looking for a role that offers growth opportunities and allows me to enhance my skills in student support.

I am a graduate from the University of Salford with a Second Class Division One in English Literature and Creative Writing. My journey began with a twelve-week internship as an AskUS adviser, which evolved into a permanent role. This experience has honed my customer service skills and reinforced my commitment to enhancing the student experience.

In my role as a Student Adviser, I became the first point of contact for students, staff, and customers, ensuring effective communication and support. I developed strong relationships with various internal departments, facilitating academic documentation and providing pastoral support. My proficiency in software systems such as CRM and Microsoft Excel has been instrumental in my success, allowing me to manage tasks efficiently and contribute positively to the team.
