What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Technical Support, IT Support, Help Desk Technician, or Desktop Support Analyst roles where I can troubleshoot systems, support users, document findings clearly, and grow my cloud and systems support skills.

I'm building a career in technical support by resolving issues across POS, digital systems, Linux/Unix, databases, and Microsoft Azure.

At Home Depot, I support front-end users and daily POS operations, resolve routine system issues, escalate exceptions with context, and train new associates on digital tools and procedures. I earned a 100% cashier performance score and achieved 20+ credit-card enrollments in my first week.

Previously at TJX, I investigated cash-office, transaction, and system discrepancies using Excel and operational systems, maintaining accurate records and supporting corrective action. My work strengthened my approach to structured troubleshooting, documentation, data consistency, and service continuity.

I've also built database-backed asset-management and competitor-analysis applications with Node.js, Express, and SQLite, including CRUD workflows, search, filtering, validation, lifecycle tracking, and CSV export. Through research assistance, peer tutoring, and UNIX teaching support at Langara College, I've explained technical concepts clearly and helped others solve problems.
