I am an International Relations specialist with experience in customer experience, operations, research, and cross-cultural communication. I have worked in customer service, sales, merchandising operations, and project coordination across Argentina, Germany, Australia and other international contexts, and I bring strong analytical and reporting skills to operational roles.

I combine academic training (Licenciatura and a Maestría in Relaciones Internacionales) with practical experience in content & community management, diving instruction/divemaster roles, and front-of-house and call center positions. I adapt quickly to multicultural teams, resolve operational problems, and build stakeholder relationships to improve customer experience and project delivery.
