What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining community engagement and data-driven communication where I can manage projects, improve customer experience, and grow professionally in a collaborative, impact-focused environment.

I am a customer-focused professional with over four years of experience in client relations, community engagement, and project coordination, blending data-driven insights with creative communication to improve customer experience and loyalty.

As an IB-certified Design Technology teacher, I manage and mentor students, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and use feedback to tailor experiences and improve performance. Previously, I led projects and events as a Project Coordinator and Community Manager, handling logistics, direct community communication, and engagement strategies that increased participant retention.

I have been recognized for creative research and communication with university awards and bring practical customer-service experience from event environments. I work with analytics and creative tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop) and communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
