I'm a hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience managing teams, client relationships, and daily operations across four countries. I've spent my career in fast-paced, client-first environments where clear communication and fast problem resolution are non-negotiable.

I'm known for stepping in as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and special requests, keeping satisfaction high and making sure nothing is left open.
