I'm looking to lead client retention, account management, and commercial growth efforts where I can build long-term B2B and B2C relationships, use CRM-driven follow-up, and turn client needs into practical business opportunities.

I've strengthened B2B and B2C client relationships at Bogotá Auctions, supporting acquisition, retention, and commercial growth that contributed to a sales increase of more than 50% between 2023 and 2025.
