What I'm looking for

I’m looking for Junior Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles in international environments, where I can own full-cycle hiring—sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding—while partnering with hiring managers and improving time-to-hire.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and bring hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding across startup and hospitality environments. I manage full-cycle hiring with a strong focus on candidate communication and a smooth hiring experience.

I’ve led end-to-end hiring from job posting to onboarding and improved hiring organization and onboarding workflow during an early-stage startup phase. I’m comfortable coordinating sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring communication while supporting fast, practical workforce growth.
