What I'm looking for

I’m interested in expanding from enterprise AV and end-user support into internal systems engineering and automation, while helping employees work effectively with dependable technology.

At Morgan Stanley, I provide frontline support for workplace technology, including Windows and macOS devices, Citrix, printers, and peripherals. I install and test equipment and help employees and executives use it reliably.

When a problem needs deeper investigation, I document the symptoms and findings and work with IT and engineering teams. In one case, comparing connection states and audio settings helped us narrow down unexpected audio suppression across primary and backup codecs connected to Zoom and verify restored operation.

At Dobil Laboratories, SOS Audio Visual, and BCM&D Records, I installed and tested computers, conference equipment, and network-connected AV systems. I also troubleshot hardware, cabling, connectivity, and signal-flow issues while supporting clients and production teams.

I hold a B.S. in Music Technology from Temple University, have academic experience with Python, and am studying toward the Cisco CCNA. I’m interested in expanding into internal systems engineering and automation.
