I conduct site walks and technical assessments to identify infrastructure requirements, hardware placement obstacles, and low-voltage connectivity needs, then translate client requirements into flawless, physical setups through cross-functional coordination.

I also strengthen delivery with detailed technical documentation—logging setups, device configurations, and customer feedback to support continuity, invoicing/quoting accuracy, and proactive follow-up. Alongside my current role, I’ve completed technical QA work as an international project intern and earned a B.S. in Computer Science & Information Technology, which helps me bring structured technical thinking to both field operations and customer-facing delivery.
