What I'm looking for

I am seeking a mid-level IT or AV engineering role where I can own end-to-end projects, work with Dante/Q-SYS/Crestron systems, and grow technical leadership while contributing hands-on engineering and integrations.

I am an IT and AV systems professional with 6+ years of hands-on experience across endpoint management, AV system design, DSP programming, and technical support. I take ownership of projects end-to-end, from vendor negotiation and procurement through installation and handoff.

I have designed and delivered Dante-networked rooms using Q-SYS and Shure, pre-programmed complete DSP signal flows, rebuilt Linux kernels for Dante prototypes, and run Active Directory and endpoint management tooling such as SCCM/MECM and Intune in production and homelab environments.

I am a self-directed learner who builds real systems at home, develops Crestron/Symetrix integrations, and writes monitoring tools. I seek mid-level IT or AV engineering roles where technical depth, initiative, and cross-functional problem solving are valued.
