What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Tier 1–2 IT Technician role where I can provide hardware setup, basic troubleshooting, workstation organization, and end-user support while learning new technologies in a fast-paced team environment.

I've supported live esports broadcasts at Ultimate Endgamers League, configuring computer, streaming, audio, and video equipment four times a week. I use OBS Studio and SAMMI to deliver real-time match information and broadcast graphics while resolving issues during live events.

My background also includes AV and computer support for churches, corporate events, and customer-facing environments. I've set up, operated, and troubleshot microphones, projection systems, presentation software, and audiovisual equipment while keeping events running smoothly.

I'm pursuing a Tier 1–2 IT Technician role where I can apply hands-on troubleshooting, workstation support, basic networking, customer service, and a commitment to learning new technologies.
