At DocuSign France, I partnered with enterprise account executives to shape and pitch tailored services for new and existing clients. I sold consulting, implementation, and training across DocuSign’s eSignature, CLM, and Smart Agreements portfolio.
I also coordinated the sales, customer success, professional services, and partner teams involved in client engagements. I secured service contracts with leading companies across industries in EMEA.
At CGI, I developed RPA and testing offers and partnerships for the Financial Services business unit, including work with the Kofax Kapow solution. I also served as project director on Société Générale assignments involving a DataHub implementation and the transition of testing activities.
Earlier at Steria Group and Dalisys, I worked on testing tools, services, and delivery. My experience included deploying HP ALM and Quality Center, developing a testing tools service centre, and consulting and training on HP-Mercury products.
