What I'm looking for
I’m a seasoned Sales and Account Management professional with over 11 years of experience across multiple industries including SaaS, telecom, digital marketing, and real estate. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on end-to-end sales, customer retention, and partner/channel management, always aiming to build strong relationships and deliver measurable results.
I began in real estate and timeshare sales, where I handled lead generation and outbound sales. I then moved into digital marketing, helping small businesses grow through Google Ads placements. My telecom experience includes roles at Dish Network and AT&T/DIRECTV, where I advanced from customer service to team lead, with a focus on upselling, technical support, and customer winbacks.
For the past 5 years, I’ve been with RingCentral, starting in customer retention and progressing into Partner Account Management. I managed over 700 partner resellers, supporting them with sales enablement, lead qualification, quoting, closing (via DocuSign), and tracking pipelines in Salesforce.
