What I'm looking for

  • Wanting to find an opportunity that allows ME to take on more responsibility and progress my career.

I began my career in the customer service industry as a Senior Licensing Engineer Level (2) at Convergy's. During my time there, I helped associate in network management for licensing, issuing licenses based on the entitlement provided and network implementation from licensing perspective. I then moved on to VXI Global Philippines, where I worked as an Account Associate for Uverse Billing Department. During this time, I gained valuable experience in maintaining up-to-date knowledge about products and services, responding to customer queries, recommending appropriate products and rate plans, and developing innovative ways to sell products and services to customers.

After that, I had an opportunity to work with different companies such as HelloConnect and Buddyboss where I handled customer service through emails, live chats, and phone calls and helped them to track their orders, billing, and account inquiries and resolved customer issues/complaints within the set SLA using the right processes and procedures.

Recent company I am working as a Customer Service - Account Supervisor at Finotec Asia Corporation, where I am responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented work environment that supports achieving the Department’s and the District’s mission, objectives, and values. I prioritize, assign, evaluate and supervise the work of all Customer Service Representatives, provide coaching, plan and implement work programs, and create quality assurance tools to ensure completion, quality and timeliness.

In addition to my professional experience, I am also a graduate of Asian Institute of E-commerce Colleges where I earned my degree in Information Technology. I am well-versed in various computer software and systems, including Excel and Google Sheets, and I have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

I am excited about the opportunity to use my skills and experience to contribute to the success of a reputable company. I am confident that my experience and qualifications align well with the requirements of this.
