I’ve built my career delivering Customer Care and Product Support through phone and chat, combining strong troubleshooting & analytical skills with a caring, empathetic approach. I focus on accurate data entry, clear communication, and resolving issues on the first contact.
In remote roles, I supported claimants and customers with high-stakes questions and documentation needs—assisting with unemployment claim questions, sending forms to update & review claims, and helping customers navigate their next steps. During seasonal contracts, I also completed patient and office staff surveys in CRM by reading the script and capturing accurate responses from managers and patients.
I’ve supported major consumer technology and tax products, including Turbotax product support (download products, install applications, navigate internet browsers, and operate Windows) and security systems troubleshooting for Vivint. I handled problem resolution that required follow-up or escalation, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and properly documenting all support calls.
My experience also includes computer & internet product support services (wireless networking setup/configuration, identifying/removing Malware and Viruses), along with operational support like ticket review, incident closure within service times, and refunds per policy.
