I drive expansion through territory management, geomarketing studies, franchisee approval processes, onboarding, operational manuals, brand standards, and performance monitoring. I also manage franchise contracts, royalties, budgets, KPIs, sales targets, CRM-driven conversion, and trade campaigns that strengthen sell-out.

At International Meal Company, I supported the expansion and trade marketing of Viena, Batata Inglesa, Go Fresh, and Frango Assado across shopping centers and airports in Rio de Janeiro. I led rebranding, visual identity standardization, store openings, promotional campaigns, merchandising, and supplier activations with brands including Coca-Cola, Ambev, Sadia, and Três Corações.

Earlier, I built trade marketing and sales results at Philip Morris do Brasil and in the pharmaceutical industry through commercial negotiations, point-of-sale execution, team coordination, medical promotion, training, and strategic customer relationships.
