I seek senior roles focused on monitoring, infrastructure and cloud automation where I can lead reliability, improve processes, and drive security and operational excellence.

I am an experienced Lead Monitoring Engineer with over 20 years of technical and professional services experience across public and private sectors, holding a BSc (Hons) in Networking & Technical Support. I lead monitoring and systems observability at Ardonagh Specialty, managing Checkmk and working with stakeholders across patching, asset management, infrastructure, InfoSec and DevOps.

I have delivered infrastructure, platform and services roles at BT, Repstor, Oasis Group and others, implementing Azure, Office 365/Teams, SharePoint Online integrations, SQL infrastructures and backup solutions, and automating tasks with PowerShell, Python and Robot Framework. I have driven projects end-to-end, run workshops and produced technical documentation, and supported ISO and Cyber Essentials plus certification efforts.

I bring deep experience in network and systems monitoring, virtualisation, VOIP, firewalls, endpoint protection and document management systems, with a practical focus on improving operations, automation and security posture to support business outcomes.
