I am an experienced Lead Monitoring Engineer with over 20 years of technical and professional services experience across public and private sectors, holding a BSc (Hons) in Networking & Technical Support. I lead monitoring and systems observability at Ardonagh Specialty, managing Checkmk and working with stakeholders across patching, asset management, infrastructure, InfoSec and DevOps.
