I deliver Microsoft 365, Windows Server, network modernisation, and infrastructure migration projects for SMEs at BloxDesk. I lead four engineers and build secure hybrid environments with Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, UniFi, Proxmox, PowerShell, and Power Platform.

At Rodenstock, I design automation workflows for specialist software deployment and maintenance, develop Microsoft Dynamics applications, and coordinate national IT deployments with third-party partners. I also deploy specialist Windows-based optical systems and investigate hardware, software, and networking root causes.

Previously at Nomura Holdings, I led global observability projects for Windows and Microsoft 365 services across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. I developed telemetry, metrics, self-service automation, and tooling to improve operational visibility and Service Desk efficiency.

I have also delivered infrastructure refreshes for Aldi, Boots, and TK Maxx/HomeSense through Barron McCann, including EPOS, payment terminals, and production PED deployments. Alongside my work, I volunteer with the Royal Air Force Air Cadets in radio, cyber communications, and squadron leadership roles.
