I’m a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Clinical Assistant who focuses on compassionate, hands-on patient support. I recently just graduated from Simply the Best Kare CNA program, and I also have Private care experience.

In my current Clinical Assistant role at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services FGH in Hattiesburg, MS (September 2022 to Present), I take vitals, feed and dress patients, bathe and assist with daily care, monitor patients, support group activities, and handle patient laundry. My approach is attentive, safety-focused, and consistent—especially when patient observation and response matter.

I also support patient needs through roles including Dietary Aide at Bedford Care Center (May 2018 to Present) and earlier hospital work where I performed Environmental Services at Forrest General Hospital (November 2021 to Present). I bring strong care routines, including assisting with ADLs, patient interaction, long-term care experience, hospice care, and emergency-minded basics like CPR/BLS and first aid.

Beyond healthcare, I bring over 20 years of customer support experience across call centers and healthcare/customer service environments. I’ve handled Medicare call assistance, insurance verification, customer issue escalation, phone-based support, and documentation—plus I’m technically comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Epic, and common call center workflows.
