What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can combine help-desk troubleshooting, insurance verification, and clear communication to resolve issues quickly while supporting patients or members with care.

I’m a customer service and technical support professional who’s spent years helping people through phone support, medical-office coordination, and device troubleshooting. In my current role as a Customer Service Associate with Optum, I assist members with prescription orders and support them with insurance coverage and benefits.

Before that, I delivered call-center technical support for devices at Kelly Connect/Apple and supported patient flow as a Medical Office Specialist at Memorial Neurospine, including processing referrals, verifying insurance eligibility, and answering patient appointment questions. My background also includes hands-on patient care (vitals, intake/output, ambulation, and transport) in hospital and clinical settings, plus clinical trial administrative support at PPD where I scanned and saved project data into a Live Link electronic imaging system—always with HIPAA awareness, strong phone etiquette, and a detail-driven approach.
