What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can provide compassionate, patient-centered care—monitor vital signs, support daily living and safe mobility, maintain infection control, and communicate changes promptly—while continuing to grow with holistic, interdisciplinary support.

I’m a compassionate, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with several years of experience providing high-quality patient care in hospitals and home care settings. I bring empathy and professionalism to every interaction, with a focus on patient-centered support.

I monitor and document vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and provide safe mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning patients. I also maintain patient rooms according to infection control standards, practice infection prevention, and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.

I work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and provide emotional support to patients and families. With an educational background in Social Work (Bachelor of Social Work in progress), I support patients holistically while strengthening communication and problem solving in fast-paced care environments.
