I founded SynChain, an AI-powered Strategic Alignment Engine that turns executive strategy into role-level executable objectives, and shipped it end-to-end on Next.js 15, pgvector, and Claude. I’m also building an Android service-booking marketplace and an e-commerce site for Centrix SMT.

At P3 Romania, I was Product Owner for one of three teams on an internal CI/CD platform used across an OEM’s global organization. I grew adoption from 0 to 50–100 active users and drove an overnight CTS test-automation feature with retry logic from discovery through delivery.

At Wenglor Electronic Innovation LITO SCS, I led delivery for the software sold with industrial vision cameras and managed a 10-developer team. I shifted the team from waterfall firefighting to structured Agile delivery and built its EasyRedmine ticketing system and feature-lifecycle tracking.

At Ausy Technologies Romania, I progressed from Manual Tester to leading three infotainment QA teams, with 12+ FTEs, and drove automation coverage above 90% of the manual test suite. I also taught research methodology and data visualization at ”Lucian Blaga” University and published 11 peer-reviewed papers on performance evaluation, KPIs, and supply chain management.
