I’m a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience delivering digital products for the pharma and healthcare industry. I specialize in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex requirements, and maintaining strong international client relationships.

In my recent roles, I’ve successfully managed 10+ end-to-end projects in Healthcare & Pharma, from requirements gathering to go-live. I handle budget, risk, and scope change management, provide regular stakeholder reporting, and facilitate Agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master (sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups).

I also bring a solid commercial and delivery foundation, including account management, pre-sales, and contract administration for international pharma clients. I define and analyze functional requirements for HCP portals, digital engagement platforms, and pharma AI products—while ensuring alignment between technical teams and client expectations.

To improve how we work, I actively integrate AI tools into PM workflows, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted analysis (Claude, ChatGPT). I’ve built lightweight AI-powered automations with Google Apps Script + Claude API to streamline internal reporting and data processing, accelerating requirements drafting, risk analysis, and feature backlog prioritization.
