I'm currently helping Renault Group's COGS Factory implement Scrum across three international squads, guiding product priorities, roadmaps, clean backlogs, estimations, and delivery reporting.

At Arithma, I'm building an AI-powered football intelligence platform that turns raw match data into tactical recommendations, player insights, forecasts, simulations, and explainable coach-facing dashboards. I own the product end to end, from data models and APIs to ML logic, UX flows, reporting, and iterative model validation.

Previously, I owned modernization and regulatory-compliance delivery for Luminus's cloud short-term optimization platform for energy traders, while supporting Eurocontrol's transition to a secure, scalable hybrid-cloud platform for air traffic management.

My PhD research combined machine learning, genomic data, and explainability: I built pipelines reaching 95% F1-score in chromatin loop classification, created a pan-mammalian R-loop atlas across 51 species, and published three first-author papers. I bring scientific rigor, product leadership, and hands-on engineering to data-driven work in complex regulated environments.
