I’m looking for a leadership role where I can align product vision and delivery execution across regions, own operational excellence and P&L, and use BPMN-driven requirements and prototyping to deliver measurable business value.

I’m a Senior Product and Delivery Executive with 20+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, and global software delivery. I specialize in BPMN 2.0 process modeling, functional prototyping, requirements engineering, and enterprise-level digital transformation.

In my current role as Head of Delivery at GoodLabs USA (January 2025–Present), I lead global delivery strategy across multiple regions, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery quality and timelines. I oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, and I improve delivery methodologies and operational efficiency while mentoring multi-regional delivery teams (40+ members, 7MUSD annual business value).

Previously, as a Senior Product Manager at Ness Digital Engineering (December 2021–January 2025) and other product leadership roles, I built wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, modeled workflows in BPMN, and delivered BRDs/FRDs with user stories and acceptance criteria. I’ve consistently aligned business strategy with technical execution across full SDLC and large-scale programs, including budgets of 10M–20MUSD and engineering teams of 120+ members.
