I’m looking for a customer success role where I can lead enterprise onboarding, deepen product adoption, run QBR/MBRs, and drive retention and revenue expansion through technical consulting and cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a Strategic Customer Success Manager with 6+ years of experience managing enterprise SaaS customers across Retail, Restaurant Technology, and Digital Commerce. I lead onboarding, implementation, product adoption, and retention—backed by executive stakeholder management, QBRs/MBRs, and proactive churn risk mitigation.

I’ve managed strategic enterprise portfolios across the MENA region and helped scale 80+ locations in a single quarter through structured implementation planning. I also coordinate complex escalations across Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations, serving as the Voice of the Customer to drive actionable product feedback and measurable business outcomes.
