I’m looking for fully remote, global SaaS roles where I can own enterprise renewals and expansion, build/scale Customer Success, and lead AI/CX adoption with executive stakeholders across APAC/EMEA/US-evening time zones.

I’m a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager with 12 years of experience and 5+ years building Customer Success from the ground up as Employee #1 at Momos.

At Momos, I scaled our AI-powered Guest Experience SaaS from early-stage into a platform now serving 600+ brands across 15 countries (30,000+ locations). I grew the enterprise book from approximately $1M to peak $2.5M ARR and sustained 115% Net Revenue Retention through new logo expansion, multi-country deployments, location adds, and AI product upsells.

I’ve owned 8 to 15 strategic enterprise accounts across Middle East, APAC, and EMEA, including a $450K largest single account (and $200K median ACV). One standout win was expanding a Singapore account into a 5-country APAC deployment (Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Cambodia), driving multi-region land-and-expand by mapping stakeholders, navigating procurement, and aligning rollout cadence with customer ops teams.

I bring a consultative, executive-first approach—partnering with CMO/COO/Heads of CX and Operations to lead multi-stakeholder renewals, Quarterly Business Reviews, and ROI-driven business cases. I also built the 0-to-1 CS operating foundation—QBR framework, onboarding playbooks, and customer health systems—then translated AI/CX product capabilities into measurable outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
