I’m looking to lead enterprise customer success and implementations—stabilize at-risk accounts, drive retention and QBR outcomes, and partner with engineering, operations, and legal to deliver dependable post-go-live results across ERP and FinTech environments.

I’m an Enterprise Customer Success and Customer Operations leader with 17+ years of experience across FinTech, ERP, SaaS, and enterprise technology environments. I build momentum in high-stakes implementations, stabilizing at-risk accounts and aligning business and technology teams.

My career focus is solving difficult operational problems while protecting customer relationships through implementation, support, and post-go-live operations. I lead enterprise stakeholders across North America, Europe, and APAC, and I’m known for escalation management and driving successful outcomes.

I’ve led 200+ enterprise and SME customer implementations per month and maintained renewal performance above 80% across enterprise portfolios. I’ve also managed and influenced cross-functional teams of up to 37 members while working directly with founders, CXOs, legal, operations, engineering, and customer leadership teams.

Recently, as Customer Engagement Director at PlatinumOne Business Services (RAIN Group Partner), I analyzed enterprise sales and customer engagement data to identify performance gaps and supported executive engagement strategy initiatives. I’ve also advised on customer operations and product research while building AI-assisted software prototypes and digital product concepts.
