I work across departments to keep operations running smoothly, introduce new ideas and processes, and empower shop teams to achieve their goals.

Previously, I supported Royal Trinity Hospice as a Corporate Donations Officer, sourcing stock donations, nurturing donor relationships, coordinating collection logistics, attending events, and generating new leads. I also progressed through Shop Manager and Assistant Manager responsibilities.

My background includes wholesale management at Danicle Representations, freelance fashion styling assistance, and more than ten years in the fashion industry. I bring retail management, buying and merchandising, sales, training, customer service, and data analysis experience.
